Well done! Result at last. But what a stress and a bit scary too. Form my recent experience with a crazy lady trying to sue me i have decided that buying and selling horses is so dodgy. i think i’d have less trouble selling knocked off goods. at least then if something went wrong i’d know where i stood!!!!

Well done and good for you! It is a sad fact of life that people know what they can get away with and push the boundaries of sense, decency and reason in all sorts of areas. Unfortunatly it is only when people stand up to the people and organisations who are doing things like this that they take any notice, and only by people being honest and brave enough to do so that brings it to the attention of both the authorities and the other consumers/purchasers/members of public
